1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SolArena ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. SolArena reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using SolArena, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Users in jurisdictions where blockchain or cryptocurrency activities are prohibited may not use the Platform.

3. Account & Wallet

Access to the Platform requires connecting a Solana-compatible wallet. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. SolArena never has access to your private keys and cannot recover lost wallets.

4. Platform Services

SolArena provides a gamification platform where users can complete quests, earn XP, participate in price predictions, practice demo trading, and claim NFT rewards. All demo trading uses virtual balances with no real funds at risk. Quest rewards, XP, and NFTs are subject to availability and platform rules.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Create multiple accounts or use multiple wallets to exploit rewards
• Submit fraudulent proofs or manipulate quest verifications
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Use the Platform for money laundering or any illegal activity
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and design elements of SolArena are the property of SolArena and its licensors. NFTs claimed through the Platform grant ownership of the token but not the underlying intellectual property unless explicitly stated.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. SolArena does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of price data, or the value of any digital assets. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — verify all actions before confirming.

8. Limitation of Liability

SolArena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or digital assets. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Termination

SolArena reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.
